– When the water tank is full, the grey magnet in the water tank will float. When the tank is empty, the magnet will sink activating a switch inside the machine to show the “Fill Watertank” message.
– The water tank is at the back on the left hand side of the machine. (Care, do not put water in the bean hopper on the right hand side).
– Fill up the water tank.
– If the message remains and the tank is full, then the float in the water tank is faulty and will need replacing. Contact PureBean on 02 9907 3318.
