  • This message appears as a periodic reminder to perform a descale clean of the machine.
  • If you are a PureBean customer (rental machine or on a service contract), contact us on 1300 131 142 and we will make a note of it for your next service. Once we have performed the descale, the “decalcify” message will go.
  • Meanwhile, continuing using the coffee machine and enjoying your coffee!
