Solution

1. Check that the on/off switch on bottom left hand side of the coffee machine is turned on.
2. Check power cord is plugged into power point and that the powerpoint is turned on and working.

3. Check to make sure that the door covering the brew unit on right hand side of machine is closed and locked.
