Coffee Styles

Espresso / Short Black

30ml shot of coffee in a small cup.

Ristretto

A “short” shot of espresso (about 22ml) in a small cup.

Long Black

30ml shot of espresso poured over hot water in a medium to large cup. Pouring the shot over the hot water preserves the crema.

Cappucino

30ml shot of espresso in a medium to large cup with 50% hot steamed milk and 50% milk froth, sprinkled with chocolate on top.

Latte

30ml shot of espresso (or double shot) in a medium cup or glass topped with hot steamed milk.

Flat White

30ml shot of espresso (or double shot) in a medium to large cup topped with hot steamed milk.

Macchiato

30ml shot of espresso with a dollop of hot steamed milk.

Piccolo

30ml shot of espresso in a small cup/glass (100ml) with hot steamed milk.

Mocha Latte

30ml shot of espresso and 1 heaped teaspoon of powered drinking chocolate in a medium to large cup or glass, topped with hot steamed milk.

Hot Chocolate

Dissolve 2 tsp of powered drinking chocolate in hot water, remaining should be 50% hot steamed milk and 50% milk froth, sprinkled with chocolate on top.

Chai Latte

Place 2-3 teaspoons of chai in a medium to large cup or glass. Add hot steamed milk and stir. Add frothed milk to finish.
